President Obama's speech: at 25:51, he said what so many do not care to admit

The illogical expectation of safety that we place on law enforcement is both dangerous and unattainable. When we want them, we want them to morph up from the ground and save the day. But morph my way, and go away when I tell you to go away, and don't shout at anyone, use your polite words and oh, smile.
