• Training needs assessment conducted with your agency

• Customized to meet specific agency metrics, needs and goals 

• 2-hour face-to-face instruction (can vary based on need)

• Led by a Master Instructor(s) 

• All handouts and other materials are provided to your agency to use as reference materials.  

• Includes 1 dynamic role play with after-action report and recommendations
