Why we do what we do

 

Beyond Force believes that everyone should leave work in the same condition as they arrived. Our company was formed to counter the alarming increase in workplace violence. This sharp increase requires proactive workplace actions to prevent violence. One out of every six violent crimes occurs in the workplace, and homicide is the second leading cause of workplace death in the United States.

Beyond Force is committed to helping organizations establish and maintain a culture of safety within the workplace. We train staff and provide expert consultation to leadership.

Two core elements of effective workplace violence prevention strategies that we provide are Executive consulting services, and recommendations of appropriate safety controls and security services. Development and execution of prevention strategies are individually tailored to meet your organization's needs.
